Josiah Ronco
Owner of Acre Vault
I grew up in rural Indiana, where my father served as the chaplain at the local church and my mother worked as the church secretary. She homeschooled my sister and me, giving me the freedom to play in the cornfields, creeks, and woods in our backyard. This instilled in me a love and respect for land and the outdoors from an early age.
In 2000, my family relocated to Tampa Bay, where I landed my first job in the music industry at the age of 17. This role opened up opportunities to work with various musicians and travel the world. Throughout my travels, I diligently saved money and began investing in real estate in 2009, with the goal of eventually transitioning to full-time real estate investment. Today, I live in Tampa Bay with my wife, fully immersing myself in the world of real estate with a particular focus on vacant land across Florida.
Cheyenne Matranga
Director of Acquisitions and Buying
Hi, I’m Cheyenne Matranga, Director of Acquisitions at Acre Vault. I will be the first person from our team that you speak with and look forward to meeting you!
I was born on 30 acres surrounded by multiple generations of my family, along with a plethora of animals. I spent most of my time in nature, riding horses and raising animals with the local 4-H program.
I come from a family of entrepreneurs and grew up working in our various businesses. The importance of hard work and family values were instilled in me from a very young age. My well rounded background allows me to relate to people from all walks of life.
When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking with my dogs, traveling and spending time with my family.
Cheryl Cheasty
Transaction Coordinator
I have a background in business administration, paralegal work, project management, and real estate, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and certification by the American Bar as a Paralegal. I’ve worked as a Title Insurance Underwriter and hold a Real Estate License in North Carolina.
When I’m not at work, I’m traveling, exploring new cultures and cuisines. I love the outdoors and enjoy fishing for perch, walleye, and smallmouth bass, hiking, and practicing yoga. Recently, I’ve gotten into gardening, canning, and hunting. I value time with my family and friends, whether we’re on outdoor adventures or sharing a meal.
Jennifer Fawls
Director of Marketing
Born and raised in Florida, my childhood was filled with adventures camping across the state, canoeing the rivers, and developing a true love for the outdoors. My passion for art and creativity found a perfect match in my marketing role at Acre Vault, where I get to work with some people, I can also call my best friends.
My family of four loves traveling whenever we can fit it in. We have driven our camper to some pretty remote places, from Alaska to Newfoundland, but our friends and family and the unique charm of Florida always draws us back.
